Highlight
This double-blind randomized controlled trial demonstrates that repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) combined with vestibular rehabilitation (VR) significantly improves symptom severity, balance, and postural stability in adult patients with chronic peripheral vestibular dizziness.
Key outcomes such as the Visual Vertigo Analogue Scale (VVAS), Berg Balance Scale (BBS), and computerized dynamic posturography showed large effect sizes and statistically significant improvements supporting clinical relevance.
