Temple syndrome is an under-recognised imprinting disorder with complex endocrine and growth abnormalities. This large-cohort study clarifies its phenotype, highlights growth hormone therapy benefits, and proposes a novel clinical scoring system to enable earlier diagnosis and tailored management.
