Presbylarynx and Laryngeal Asymmetry: Unreliable Predictors of Dysphonia in Older Adults

Highlight

Presbylarynx and laryngeal asymmetry increase with age but do not correlate with patient-reported voice complaints in adults aged 65 and older.
