This prospective phase 2 study reveals that integrating the BCL-2 inhibitor venetoclax into pediatric-inspired chemotherapy in adolescents and adults with newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome-negative acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph- ALL) considerably improves measurable residual disease (MRD) negativity rates and promotes superior survival outcomes compared to historical controls, without adding significant toxicity.
