Refractory RLS

This pilot study reveals that adjunctive pitolisant, a histamine-3 inverse agonist, is well tolerated and improves symptom scales in refractory restless legs syndrome, suggesting potential to address daytime consequences with minimal core symptom relief. Controlled trials are warranted.
