In a patient-level meta-analysis of 10,212 Asian and 61,471 non-Asian AF patients, standard-dose DOACs outperformed warfarin more strongly in Asians, with less stroke, major bleeding, and net clinical harm. Standard-dose therapy was favored over lower-dose regimens in Asians.
