AD109 (Aroxybutynin and Atomoxetine): A Promising Oral Therapy for Obstructive Sleep Apnea in PAP-Intolerant Patients
The SynAIRgy phase 3 trial demonstrated that the fixed-dose combination of aroxybutynin and atomoxetine (AD109) significantly reduces airway obstruction and improves oxygenation in obstructive sleep apnea patients unable to tolerate positive airway pressure therapy.
