This study evaluates the added value of endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and fine needle aspiration (FNA) after MRI in assessing pancreatic cystic neoplasms, demonstrating significant improvement in diagnostic specificity and clinical decision-making, especially for lesions without high-risk MRI features.
