Highlight
- LYNX-1 phase 3 trial evaluated 0.75% phentolamine ophthalmic solution (POS) in subjects with dim light vision disturbances (DLD) and reduced mesopic low-contrast visual acuity.
- POS significantly improved mesopic low-contrast best-corrected distance visual acuity (mLCVA) by 21% at Day 15 compared to placebo.
- Treatment also reduced patient-reported photic phenomena such as glare, halos, and starburst with good tolerability.
- Post-keratorefractive surgery patients showed similar visual benefits and symptom relief.
