Patient Information
A 28-year-old female patient presented with chronic, recurrent inflammatory skin lesions characterized by erythema and scaling predominantly involving the trunk and flexural areas. The patient reported onset in early childhood but had no classical anatomical asymmetry typically seen in certain congenital dermatoses. Notably, there was no personal or family history of skeletal abnormalities or lateralized limb defects. The main complaint was persistent painful skin fissures and pruritus interfering with daily activities.
