This study demonstrates that integrating individualized EHR analytics into a structured coaching curriculum significantly reduces resident turnaround time for patient communications and time spent managing inbasket tasks. While objective efficiency improves, residents did not report significant changes in inbasket-related burnout or confidence. Faculty found the data useful to enrich feedback quality.
