This retrospective study demonstrates that radiofrequency ablation (RFA) effectively treats low-risk papillary thyroid microcarcinomas (PTMC), including those with intratumoral calcifications, with excellent technical success, significant tumor volume reduction, and minimal complications over long-term follow-up.
