Targeting IL-4 Receptor-α in Localised Scleroderma: Promising Phase 2 Evidence for Fibrosis Modulation
This phase 2 randomized trial demonstrates that IL-4-receptor-α blockade with dupilumab significantly improves clinical outcomes and reduces fibrosis-associated inflammation and gene signatures in localised scleroderma, supporting a novel therapeutic strategy for fibrosing diseases.
