Pulmonary Artery Pressure Falls After ARNI and MRA Initiation, but Not SGLT2 Inhibitors, in Hemodynamically Monitored Heart Failure: Insights From GUIDE-HF

In a GUIDE-HF analysis using CardioMEMS, new ARNI and MRA initiation was associated with modest short-term reductions in diastolic pulmonary artery pressure, whereas SGLT2 inhibitor initiation showed no detectable pressure change and β-blocker initiation showed a nonsignificant upward trend.
