This review analyzes the SHaRe registry data, revealing that sarcomeric HCM represents a more aggressive clinical phenotype with earlier onset and higher HCM-related mortality compared to nonsarcomeric cases, which are more heavily influenced by modifiable metabolic comorbidities.
