Prospective cohort data from Switzerland reveal that elevated sFlt-1/PlGF ratios at term correlate with shorter time to spontaneous delivery in low-risk pregnancies, while PlGF declines and sFlt-1 rises from term to post-term. These findings suggest angiogenic biomarkers may help refine late-term risk stratification.
