Higher Ultraprocessed Food Intake Linked to Increased Risk of Early‑Onset Colorectal Adenomas in Women
In a prospective analysis of 29,105 women from the Nurses' Health Study II, greater consumption of ultraprocessed foods was associated with a 45% higher odds of early‑onset conventional colorectal adenomas, independent of obesity and other dietary factors.
