The CORECA study reveals that preprocedural 3D anatomic and substrate reconstruction from CT or MRI effectively identifies ventricular tachycardia targets in complex congenital heart disease, achieving 87.5% concordance with electroanatomical mapping and high interobserver reproducibility.
